BodyTalk is an astonishingly simple and effective holistic therapy that allows the body's energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. Our internal healing system has the innate ability to restore proper functioning. By addressing the body's own healing system first, optimal health and well-being are prioritized according to each individual's unique needs and perspective, leading to optimal health and well-being. BodyTalk also has a specific protocol for animals both domestic and wild.
BodyFeel Meditation- A simple and effective way of turning the senses inward allowing the mind to fathom its own interior nature, which is otherwise obscured by the stresses of day-to-day living. Mental tension is released as inner consciousness integrates, leading to an outlook on life that puts optimal health and well-being into proper perspective.
The lecture will give an overview of the BodyTalk and BodyFeel Systems, let you know what to expect in a session, and you will learn a simple balancing technique that is guaranteed to improve your quality of health!
