There are the Classifieds. Your personal My Page is available once you have logged in, allowing you to upload and view your own photos. There is a Music Player which lets you upload songs to share with other members; a Video Player, which allows for uploading and sharing your videos. With My Favorites, your favorite websites are only a click away; and RSS News Feeds will download your preferred news. On the Discussion Page, you can post and share your Community concerns, while an Events Calendar keeps you up to date with all your local happenings. Create it and Post it. And, while we will continue to add more items, much is already in place.
Gopoco is extending the Community of YOUR-COMMUNITY-NAME-HERE FREE advertising space, prominently located at the top RIGHT of the Gopoco Home Page. See 'YOUR AD HERE.' With your .ca, .org, or .net Community URL in place, your Community Name - YOUR-COMMUNITY-NAME-HERE - will automatically be displayed at the center of the Home Page. This will provide each Community with its own Gopoco Home Page.
Only locally owned businesses (as opposed to regional/national chains and franchises) are permitted to post Ads on Gopoco.
We are spreading the Gopoco message one Community at a time, informing each that Gopoco can be a useful tool to help strengthen and grow Community. Your Community.
